40 hours of face-to-face contact

Each participant of the BRANDcode™ Program receives 40 hours of face-to-face group training including:

Your coach, mentor & trainer

Head coach, mentor and trainer, Ros Weadman, is tertiary qualified in professional communication, business management, psychology and secondary education and is accredited in a number of methodologies and diagnostic tools.

She combines her specialist knowledge, skills and expertise gained from 30+years of industry experience to help you create the right environment, put structure and systems in place, mobilise resources and take consistent action to achieve greater success.

Ros works with you by providing advice and feedback, specialised instruction and training, offering new perspectives, brainstorming and providing support material when needed.

After each session, you receive a documented summary of the discussion and agreed action plan.

Sessions can be conducted face-to-face, via Skype or telephone.
